Andrews McMeel Publishing Brain Health Puzzles for Adults: Crosswords, Sudoku, and Other Puzzles That Give the Brain the Exercise It Needs

I bought this for myself, but my niece decided she wanted it! She is 17 and loves brain puzzles!

At first, I was a little worried this volume might overly easy. And, yes, the word scrambles are simplistic; however, while words are my forte, math and numbers are less so ... and there are plenty of those puzzles included. In this sense, I think there is a little something for everyone here! Many will find these puzzles can quickly be completed. This is fair since it prevents the collection from being a source of frustration. Still, I think it would be grand to have a series of these puzzle books that ranged in difficulty. This would be much more inclusive of those seeking a genuine challenge and it might be something for others to aspire to! It's cool to have a tangible puzzle book. It's a great "blast from the past." I think if this had more challenging puzzles or a greater variety of puzzles, it would be even more valuable. Cool idea! Well worth a try! Recommended!

Love this puzzle book! Each type of puzzle comes with an explanation on how to complete it which not all puzzle books provide so that was a big plus since I needed it for some of the puzzles I was unfamiliar with.

My husband and I are seniors and we have been having fun with this.

I like the variety and increasing difficulty of the puzzles.
