I'm a person who has trouble swallowing big pills so I do the unthinkable and chew them. I usually have the regular Omega 369 which really is like having a mouthful of fish if you chew it open which you are not supposed to do! These NFA (no fishy aftertaste) ones are actually sort of minty! I prefer taking these ones for sure. The dog gets one daily too. Good for her coat I think.

It's a good vitamin but I wish it were smaller so I can swallow it. if you have a problem swallowing big pills like me, than this is not for you.
