I always appreciate xiaomi products. It came with great value of money. The product quality and appearance is amazing. One concern is the on/off switch looks very weak.

Does the job perfectly and while running it will make light which looks really amazing, always impressed with xiaomi products

After less than a couple of months of use, the plastic internals of the kettle started to melt and the lever to turn on the kettle fell off. Don’t waste your money and just get a better brand

Great kettle but has a genuine issue with the on off switch which is very delicate and breaks really fast. I only saw the reviews for this when trying to reorder the same kettle and now will contact their support as still under warranty. Will report here on how the warranty claim went. Updated: Amazon swiftly accepted the return and refunded the entire amount as it was still under 1 year warranty.
