Causes intense insomnia
I have always been a night owl, but this takes it too far. I am genuinely unable to sleep when taking this pill, and need to take other pills to even get an ounce of sleep when on this. If you want to sleep at night I'd recommend you stay away from this. It may have positive effects on muscle growth, but I won't be taking it for another day to find out if that's the case.

Really good product and does as described, you feel like you can lift and for longer. But go to pureclinica if you want stronger, they are the company that sells the strongest in the uk.
