The pills are small so they are easy to swallow which is for sure a plus. I’ve tried many other fiber brands to try to help “loosen” things bc I’m on many medications that well…..you get it. But these really help better than any of the others. And my gut is grateful.

I really like the size and that it‘s tablets, not capsules. As for tolerability, it is fiber - not a laxative. You have to let your body get used to it, otherwise it will cause bloating. I started with two tablets and increased by one every day and had no bloating whatsoever. Also, fiber does not change your bowel habits overnight or drastically, but if you give it some time you’ll see some positive changes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

This worked almost a couple hours after I took 5 pills. I usually take Metamucil caplets but these are much cheaper. The only thing I’m not sold on is the fruit fiber and other fibers in this. But for short term I think it’s grrat

Other Fiber pills I've bought are so big they are hard to swallow. These are nice size and easy to swallow. They're about 1/3 the size of other fiber pills I've bought.
