Recommended by my physiotherapist. Beneficial to have all the different strength bands.

These are good bands of decent length and delivery was very fast. In order to increases the resistance for my warm up arm exercises I fold them into 3 rather than 2 (possible for my particular warm up exercises). They are quite light weight, so I find I can build up the tension nicely by doing this.

Bought on the recommendation of my doctor. Works ok, but I wish they were a bit stronger.

They were exactly what I wanted at a very good price

Not very strong so would have returned them but had to pay for postage so gave them to charity.

It was suggested by a Physiotherapist, and gives the result she expected.

Mine snapped on the first stretch. I took it to the physio as he recommended the make. He said they are made so cheap now he held his up and you could not see through it however, when I held mine up you could. It’s gone back, there was no point having something that is no longer fit for purpose

These are really fantastic. Was looking for the same brand as used by NHS and delighted found them on Amazon. Contrary to the other brands, these are beginner bands so are very “low” resistance/weight. Great if you’re recovering from injury, or want to simply tone up instead of bulking up. Really good quality too, with three different resistance strengths to help gently progress. Well worth the money.
