This supple is good. I notice a difference in how I feel when I don't take it. It's also been great in helping me not get sick

You'll see and feel the results...
The size of these combined supplement pills is smaller than most, easy to swallow. I've been on them a few weeks now and I'm seeing improvement in things I was not expecting. Started this supplement at the suggestion of my doctor to add zinc to my regiment. Was taking a daily calcium supplement for bone strength with separate Magnesium supplement and others... Since starting this Qunol Calcium 3 in 1 Tablets I've seen improvements in some body functions not realized with my old (2) supplements?! My hair and nails appear to be growing faster and stronger!? Previous surgeries have required me to use a daily laxative supplement to keep things moving... This supplement has corrected this issue, a laxative is no longer needed!? All I can say is, Wow! Less supplements being consumed, smaller in size, with positive results. One last note: I didn't think this product was going to work for me as it's a calcium "Carbonate" supplement. I thought I might have some digestive issues; I've have had terrible cramping with some Calcium supplements that were not Calcium Citrate. My sensitive stomach has No issues to report!!! I think this is a keeper.

Decent tablets, but bottle too big and pills break in transit
I’ve been buying this for a number of years now, and I do like the high-quality. The tablets are also pretty easy to take. I also appreciate the added vitamin D. I am not, however, a fan of the gigantic bottle that they come in. I just opened a new one again, there’s no cotton padding inside at all, and the bottle is less than half full. Because of this, there are always broken tablets. There’s no way there won’t be, with them rattling around inside the bottle with nothing to stop them. I wish the company would use a smaller bottle, it’s the biggest one of all my vitamin bottles and takes up too much space for what is inside.

Inorganic version of the minerals
I should know better but the description of the minerals on the Amazon page never mentions the origins of the materials. For instance, take the Magnesium portion of the supplement. You may infer the same information for the rest of the minerals. The Magnesium is in the form of Magnesium oxide. Magnesium oxide and other inorganic salts of magnesium like magnesium carbonate are high in elemental magnesium, which is the total amount of magnesium in a supplement. However, they have a low solubility rate, making them less bio available than other forms of the mineral. So, even though magnesium oxide supplements provide a good amount of magnesium, it’s not the most available form for your body to utilize. Studies show most of magnesium oxide taken orally is excreted in feces (85%). Magnesium oxide is a good laxative as it is not easily absorbed in the intestines. Amazon offers other forms of Cal/Mag/Zinc that are derived from Organic compounds (magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate). These offer much better absorption into the blood stream. Do your homework. A 2019 study confirmed this by testing 15 magnesium supplements and finding that a supplement containing only magnesium oxide had the lowest bio availability.
