Great Garden Playmobil Set!

A nice design but with a very small footprint for the price.
3.5/5 to be fair. This looked perfect on paper; a repackaging of a previous model (the 70133 farmhouse) but with nicer colours; except that here however, you won't get a barbecue, a deck chair or an armchair either. The footprint of the house is also very small and the flour space hard to work with; for example there is just about enough space for the double bed to fit upstairs and the rooms are very hard to furnish because of the doors. Objects sit precariously on very narrow shelves and the child does not have anywhere to sleep on either. I would have wanted the building to go deeper at the back as to provide more layout options and make moving the characters around easier. I love the way the characters look and the level of detail but someone decided to shrink the design here and I am getting a sense that we were given a lot of accessories to distract us from the lack of storage and playable surface. It is a beautiful set to look at for sure, but playing with it may prove a little trickier.

I have purchased and loved Playmobil's imaginative sets for years (kids AND grandkids!), and the Country Orchard "71380" is really engaging, but the apple tree branches that hold the apples will NOT stay on the tree! There are 3 branches that you push onto the main trunk, but the plastic is molded just a bit too small to stay connected. I made sure it wasn't just me, my son and daughter-in-law both agree that this part of the set is defective. Very disappointed in what is otherwise a fantastic product.
