Honestly love, while on keto you’re limited by what you can eat. These gummies taste like actual candy and hit the sugar cravings on the HEAD. It sucks that they’re expensive but honestly a life saver when desperate. I’ve tested my ketone levels after consuming a whole bag and it did not kick me out of Ketosis, although watch out for the cherry flavor (it’s 8g net carbs per bag, not 3)

These gummies are such a great find! They actually taste really good, fruity, flavorful, and satisfy that sweet craving without feeling like you’re missing out. I love that they’re low sugar and have added fiber, so I can enjoy them without the guilt. The variety pack is perfect because you get to try different flavors, and they’re great for keeping on hand for a quick snack. Definitely a repeat purchase for me!

All I can say is WOW! I’m impressed with the flavor, texture, and yumminess. I’ve liked other low sugar brands but compromised on texture. These Shameless treats hit all the marks for a nice treat while watching your sugar intake. Also, FYI, no intestinal gases, triple win!

These snacks are tasty if perhaps a bit overpriced. Of course, most keto and diabetic-friendly snacks are. While we enjoyed most of the flavors, there were some clear winners. So Beary Cherry: These were our favorites. Very sweet, very cherry, and a nice soft texture, where a lot of the flavors were a bit chewier. Wassup Watermelon: Hard to pick between these and the cherry as my favorite flavor. They were kind of refreshing, and the flavor had a bit of real watermelon to it, not just candy watermelon. Red Raspberry Sour Scouts: A bit odd that this variety pack has two raspberry flavors, but this was by far the better of the two. Sweet and actually just a wee bit sour. Green Apple Blast: These were good green apple candies. Nothing super special, but I would buy them again. OMG Peach: I can't say much about these as peach isn't one of my favorite flavors. I gave them to my wife, and she enjoyed them, though she liked the cherry and watermelon better. Super Sour Blue Raspberry: This was by far the most disappointing flavor in the pack. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't sour at all, much less "super sour." The flavor was a bit faint, and they were also the hardest and chewiest of the bunch. I would eat them if they came in another variety pack, but I wouldn't choose them if I were picking flavors. Overall, we were very happy. They're tasty and good for satisfying a diabetic sweet tooth without ramping up blood sugar.

I wish I could give this more than five stars! These are absolutely delicious!! I am on a weight loss journey and have lost over 100 lb so far. These snacks satisfy every sugar craving I have. They are only 2 Weight Watchers points per bag and the fiber is amazing. I do wish they were a little cheaper but I still highly recommend them. The variety pack is my favorite box to purchase.

Absolutely delicious, and filled with fiber, no doubt about it. They’re also absolutely outrageously priced. At $4 per bag, it’s roughly $35 per pound!! I think not…. I can get the same fiber plus 10gm of protein in a Royo bagel for half the price! Shameless is a nice treat, but that’s it—cause their pricing is shameless!

Honestly these are a game changer! As someone who has a huge sweet tooth and is going through a weightloss journey these have helped so much. I bought the variety pack and loved every single flavor! I will say some can be a bit more sour than others, but all of them are delicious! Couldn't even tell that they are "healthy" candy! 10/10!

These are delicious! I have purchased almost all of the flavors and love the peach flavor best. I love the fiber and low calories, only issue is that I can only eat a few gummies in a day as they will affect my stomach. Causes extreme gas and other stomach issues if I eat more than 6 gummies per day.

Did not receive what was described in the box. Since the product packaging was crushed and 3/6 packages there but no returns allowed, I used 1 full pack with no results. Save your money
