what;s the spee range, i need a highway tire, also does it come mounted on rim

Bill, I don't know the speed range for these tires, but I have traveled from central Pennsylvania to Canada going the maximum speed of 70 MPH without any difficulties, that is a distance over 500 miles one way.They are not mounted on rims. I hope this was helpful.
