Crab gauge
Highly recommend this gauge. Its plastic but pretty thick. Also makes it easy to read.

Well-made product
Product was made with good plastic very flexible looks like it will last quite a while I like that it had the different West Coast State measurements for crab size on it have not used it yet waiting till November of this year for opening crab season

Good and cheap... But seems like everyone else had a shorter measurement than I did. Its ok though 👍

It's a plastic crab gauge..not much else to say
I think there is something wrong with my gauge. It keeps saying that most of the crabs I catch are under size. Joking aside, it seems to be pretty sturdy, and is well marked. I toss it in my crab bucket along with other gear, and it's held up just fine.

Exactly as described
Accurate and does what it's supposed. The color helps it not get lost in your other gear

Does what it’s supposed to.
Accurate and easy to use on Oregon Dungeness crabs.

Snaps easily when used incorrectly
So we went crabbing on a boat. Caught a ton of crabs. Then when pulling the crabs out, they weren't exiting voluntarily. I pulled on some of these suckers pretty darn good and small battles ensued. Then I had the genius idea of giving them something to grab onto instead of the metal cage. Well, one of the bigger guys immediately clamped down on an end piece and boom there goes the entire edge. Long story short I used it for an unintended purpose, but this plastic measuring device did not hold up very well against its first crab.
