Great product
Yes does it foam yes but have patience and rinse it 3 times and it’s biodegradable so it’s not harmful to u or your seals like bleach is. Do you want to drink bleach, I don’t, remember plastic is porous so it will hold onto that bleach for longer than 3 rinses.

Not Good For Clothes Washers and Refrigerator Ice Makers
Calling my experience with this product disappointing would be an understatement. It appears that the RV water pump impeller stirred the product into a non-recoverable frothy foam. The washing machine drum simply COMPLETELY filled with foam and had to be emptied by hand into a bucket for several loads. Once foam reached the ice maker, cubes could not be made and therefore the refrigerator's system locked up and could not produce cubes. I had to solve the problem - ironically - by inserting a half-gallon of bleach as part of 'Step 11' into the fresh tank on the winterizing mode after draining the tank and starting the whole process over, running about a half-dozen wash loads and putting the chorine-laced water directly into the ice-making compartment to force the foamed-up water through the system. Countless glasses of water through the refrigerator door were also required. This cost me an entire day and hundreds of gallons of wasted water. I don't know how to have gotten through 'Steps 7, 9 & 12' with a washing machine and ice maker cleanse without having generated this non-recoverable foam situation.

It worked……..
It seems to have worked. I had to fill and drain three tank fills to stop having foam when I ran the water. Still debating it to chlorine.
