People Don't Understand Mag Supps Unlike Others This Label Shows Elemental Mag Content
Bad reviews of many supplements are usually related to buying without fully understanding the true contents. Most commonly mistaking serving amount with capsule/pill amount. You must take two caps of this for 833mg. More importantly, most people don't understand all forms of Mag supplements only contain a minority portion of elemental Mag. The difference with this supplement unlike other Mag supps ud this one of the very few that actually displays the small amount of elemental Mag. The others don't divulge this info so people mistake supps like Mag Glycinate, Malate, etc, that say 400mg that it is 400mg elemental Mag. It is not. All forms contain a minority portion of elemental Magnesium except Magnesium Oxide which has a major laxative effect. Plus as you can see even though a supplement may have more elemental Magnesium it may have poor bioavailability so you actually absorb a far less amount even though it has more elemental Magnesium. This Citrate form offers the best value for the actual amount of magnesium absorbed without giving you diarrhea. Magnesium Citrate: Elemental Magnesium = 16%, Bioavailability = 90% Magnesium Lactate: Elemental Magnesium = 12%, Bioavailability = 99% Magnesium Glycinate: Elemental Magnesium = 18%, Bioavailability = 80% Magnesium oxide (MagOx) 61% elemental magnesium, Bioavailability 4% Magnesium hydroxide (Milk of Magnesia) 42% elemental magnesium, Bioavailability 15% Don't believe me? Google it and do your homework before buying and complaining.

This is a very good mineral to take specially for older people.
