Got this watch as my backup dive computer, and it has worked exceptionally well. My primary Suunto computer, which is air integrated to monitor PSI, and for easy underwater visibility, is what I look at underwater. But I have the Garmin Descent as a backup, and also for recording and downloading the dive details, as the download process is very simple via Bluetooth, and the dive interface is much easier to use on my iPhone or iPad to review the details of the dive, attach pictures/video, and record important information about the dive. When outdoors in the sun, solar charging works, and generally with a full charge, the watch will last up to 19 days without recharge. I’ve used it on approximately 200 dives around the world, to a depth of 180 feet. Also useful for step count, sleep stats, and other fitness information, as it has the Garmin Phoenix fitness programming.
