It helps you to work up to being able to take deeper breaths without causing you to cough. Works better each time. The goal is to be able to take deeper breaths. Some people are complaining about that, but being able to take deeper breaths is the goal.

These good reviews are for the net pit and sinus rinse mostly. The salt inhaler was a waste of money. It didn’t offer any relief and I didn’t even get a salt taste in my mouth, so questionable if salt is even dispensing into the lungs. I wish I would have bought the saline rinse products
