I’m not sure why customers are saying this is so thin and runny. No it is not thick like Jelly. It is a jam. I think the consistency is fine for toast. I will be using it in my sauce over chicken or pork recipes that call for the fruit sauces. I do not find any unpleasant aftertaste like some mentioned either. All In all I am satisfied with this jam and will be ordering another flavor as well. It is pricey, but then anything keto, which is what I’m using it for, is pricey. It goes with the territory and I’m used to that.

Delicious and healthy jam! It's low sugar (no sugar added), with plump pieces of fruit, in a thick, bright golden orange apricot jam. It is hands down, my new favorite jam! I've also had the strawberry jam that is equally as delicious. I absolutely love this jam and definitely recommend it. Whether you're looking for a healthy jam alternative, or you just don't like overly sweet jam, this is for you.

I had high hopes for this sugar free apricot jam. It not only doesn’t taste like apricots. It has so little flavor, you can basically taste only sweetness.

Tastes like apricots without all of the sugar so many brands add. This is a great sugar-free, naturally sweetened apricot jam and I highly recommend it!

It's a good enough product. It doesn't taste like your regular sweet preserves, but it is a great product to use when your cutting sugar out of your diet. I like to add it to my homemade dipping sauce for fries, fried chicken or chicken nuggets. I have made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and on toast. I purchased these to help cut sugar from my diet. My sister who is diabetic likes it and can now have preserved again without added man made sugar substitutes. Love that it has real fruit that you can see and taste.

I gave this a bad review because it came unsealed the first time & Amazon made it very difficult to return because it was a nonreturnable item. I contacted the company. That sold it & within a short time they sent me 2 replacement jars. This product is excellent. I'd been looking for the apricot flavor & couldn't find it except here. It is absolutely delicious & the company itself is fantastic! I will buy again often!
