This product is half the price of pro artist tape. It’s not as good but it’s passable product for the price.

This was actually more of a medium tack.It took the top layer off my paper.Not good.

I like how easy it is to use this tape in my artwork. It adheres easy and lifts up with clear succinct geometric shapes and edges.

If you’re looking for tape that isn’t very sticky and is translucent, this is the tape for you. Not a replacement for the Protape type of artist tape.

I have two expectations for an artists tape:1- That the tape sticks well, but also removes cleanly later (a few hours or a few days later) without ripping the paper. This tape did that wonderfully. It went on in a straight line easily, and came right up. There was no tearing or rule sticking down.2 - The tape should not have paint bleed underneath; that way the artwork has a crisp edge. I did some difficult tests: a thinned ink wash on smooth bristol board, and a thinned ink wash on a rough cheap watercolor paper. The tape passed the test with flying colors! The orange ink on the textured watercolor paper had a slight amount of bleed underneath, which is to be expected wit the paper’s texture. The bristol board gave a smooth edge, even with a very watery ink mixture.Overall: this tape is a winner in my book! And at a great price. Bravo!
