Hard and dry like compressed powder.
Bit strange and not what I expected. The lozenges are too large to be comfortable in the mouth, and also the texture is hard and dry, almost powdery. They made my mouth sore. Not at all soothing for a sore throat as you'd expect.

Impossible to Remove from Plastic
The bit of the lozenge I could remove from the capsule taste good but most of it remained stuck to the plastic. I couldn’t even scrape out the sticky residue, so will I buy them again? No! Would I recommend you buy this product absolutely NOT

OMG these lozenges are SO good! They are perfect for what I’m using them for. I had an incident where I started having acid reflux and a slight cough and these help SO much! I love that there’s no added sugar and they last super long in your mouth. I will definitely re-order these in the future :)
