Grateful for the traditional method
Beautifully packaged and the instruction video linked to is exceptional. So far I have made it through step 2 in the process (filled chips and gaps) and will be doing the pin hole filling later this week. The traditional process is long (due to drying a curing time between steps) but well worth it for those that appreciate the process. Some additional things you will need that are not included are purified water (I just use my tap filter), alcohol and paper towel/disposable rag for cleaning (ethanol is recommended but isopropyl is also acceptable, I am using isopropyl with no issues), a box, a damp rag or paper towel, and vegetable oil. Having extra latex/nitrile gloves is also helpful but not strictly necessary. With the very clear instructions I have thankfully not yet failed a step. The first step is the longest (1 week of curing time). Step 2 is 3 days to cure, step 3 is also 3 days, if your lucky you may be able to skip step 4 otherwise it is also 3 days. Then the last step is also 2-3 days. The final product is superb and works very well. Whatever you repair is obviously hand wash only but plenty durable for regular use, just handle with care. I wouldn’t try anything that would be particularly abrasive directly on the repaired part (e.g. cutting a tough steak) but have no qualms using it for anything I usually would. In my opinion, the repaired piece is usually even more beautiful than it began. I do wish there was slightly more raw urushi included though.

Patience is key.
This kit is clearly made by someone immersed in Kintsugi and is sharing the love of the craft worldwide with detailed instructions. The quality of the tolls are decent. I wish the plastic plate was glass, but it still works for a beginner. I wish there was an upgrade kit that allows for more practice. Some just want to fix an item. I am in it as Kintsugi teaches me more about myself and others. When I repair, I meditate, feeling my life in each step. Learning that each ugly crack is beautiful. I hope others buying this find themselves within their craft. Pass on the love to others. Anyone you come across has cracks as well. Some uglier than others. You are becoming the Kintsugi master. You may not be able to mend them, but you can see their beauty even before their repair.

Traditional Japanese Kintsugi food safe repair kit
Food safe product and a very complete kit. I picked this up to repair an important mixing bowl that had a chip and some missing pieces. The process is very detailed and very cool to learn. The kit included everything to not only make the repair but to make it more special and beautiful as the results. Plenty of product to make a good number of future repairs

Urushi is allergen (same as poison ivy) not irritant!!!
The kit is excellent, however, the warning that urushi can be “irritating to the skin” is completely inappropriate. It is actually not irritating at all, it is a potent allergen - a concentrated form of uroshiol, which is the oil found in poison ivy, oak, and sumac. And if you don’t know this and you are, like me, highly allergic to these things, then you can get into a lot of trouble, with or without gloves. Because gloves protect you from irritation, but they don’t stop you from inadvertently spreading it all over or even breathing the fumes, which can be deadly in someone highly sensitized. Will I keep using it? Yes. But not until after the rash heals (2 weeks of hell). And then I will know what I am up against and plan accordingly. You should too. 5 stars for the kit, -3 for the near-death experience, and I didn’t go negative because I should have looked it up instead of trusting, and that’s my bad.

El kit está muy completo, aunque en un punto se perdió el rastreo del paquete.
