——Before reading, please consider that my hair is thick and I also have a good amount of it, so I had no problem, I don’t know how this product would work if you have a fine hair, this comment is based on my own experience.— I’ve purchased my tape in extensions(about 150g of hair) here on Amazon(I don’t remember the brand rn), had it on for about a month but decided to take them off. So I started to look for a product to do so, and saw this one, when I bought it I was in a hurry, so I quickly went to the comments section and I saw good reviews, decided to buy it. When I got the product, I went to the comments section again to see what I should do/be aware of before using this product, and I found a LOT of bad reviews, which made me afraid to use it but I really wanted to take my extensions off, so I went for it(I’ve also watched videos on YouTube to be prepared), and this is what happened: I used the step 1, it’s really oily, so it helps them to come off easily but it smells really bad, because of the percentage of alcohol, which I was aware. All though, it worked just fine for me, I took my time, went thru every tape, one by one, carefully removing from my real hair, and every time I held my roots and then started to pull them off, it was painless and took about 50 minutes. Step 2: also very oily, but once again, it helps to take the glue out of your hair. I divided my hair in sections, sprayed the product(step 2) and used a comb to brush it, and this is the part that you have to be careful (at least from my experience), the glue is going to stick with your hair, so don’t brush too hard, be gentle and patience, otherwise you will unnecessarily lose few strands of hair. After I finished I noticed that I lost some amount of hair but I have to say, naturally we all lose strands of hair, everyday, and because you have the extensions attached to your hair for months or so, of course there will be some that are not really attached on your head, they were there because of the glue, so NOT ALL THE HAIR THAT FALLS are going to be the product’s fault, and that’s what I saw a lot of people complaining about on the comments, but yet I do agree that the whole process will make some hair fall off. Anyways, after that, I continued brushing my hair for 5 minutes, and let it sit for at least 10 more min, just to make sure it was going to work. Step 3: I used my Neutrogena anti residue Shampoo, applied my everyday shampoo and then the conditioner. The results were pretty good, no glue, no damage, nothing. But once again, that was my experience, I don’t know how it would work in someone else’s hair.

I love this tape in remover. I’ve been using tape ins for around 3 years and I love this tape on remover. Step 2 is the best so I wouldn’t skip out on that one I use that one to take the tapes out with step one.

So it was the first time doing my tape in extentions at home and the tape lasted 1 month and my grow out was insane and my hair kept ta going so bad I was dying to get them out but was convinced because of the tangles, I would have to go to a professional. I ordered this product and immediately used it.The day that I got it.Starting with the first spray, you just literally spray it front to back, and it immediately dissolves and slides right out of the hair zero pain!! I was shocked and literally screaming with joy! Lol then, I only had a tiny bit of residue left over, which was also really surprising.I think because of the first product and that immediately took it out.And I only had to wash my hair one time, and my hair is in perfect condition with no hair loss. Well besides the tangles that I created myself. Hands down, this is the best product ever.And I have so much more left over for way more future uses.So overall, the price is a little bit steep.But I have so much more left, and i'm probably gonna get at least three more uses out of both of them. So I would say you get about four uses out of one bottle. But I use about 150-200g worth of tape ins.

Best tape in remover I have ever used! The 1st step took out the tapes so easy and the 2nd step removed ALL reside. The easiest this process has ever been for me. There was no smell and I have a lot left over probably 3-4 more uses!

I use these two products to remove my extensions, and they really help prevent damage and remove excess glue. I do the entire process of applying, removing, and cleaning my extensions myself. Since I started applying and using the Big Kizzy products, my hair has improved significantly. When I went to the salon, the stylist would pull out the loose extensions, causing me to lose a lot of hair. He also didn't clean the extensions before applying the new tape-in. When I researched the subject, I discovered this brand and decided to do it all for myself. My hair is recovering very well, and I can maintain it properly! I highly recommend it! I've been using my extensions for almost two years, and they're beautiful!

Works so well! But user be warned: removing tape-in extensions is a dedicated task. It will probably take 2 hours minimum to remove the extensions, discard the tapes, dissolve the adhesive still in your hair, and thoroughly wash it all out. I am talking about 7 "sandwiches" of extensions. I plan to take half a day off work before my hair appts. I do still feel it's totally worth it though, and this product -recommended by hairstylist, BTW- makes it far less of a chore!

Good at taking extensions out but terrible at removing residue

GAME CHANGER. I have been doing my tape in extensions for 2 years... (when I say I, I mean my awesome husband lol) I have used two other products during this journey, and we dread taking the extensions out EVERY SINGLE TIME! Nothing works like it promises. So, I came across this product and it had great reviews, and it promises a very very easy removal process, of course I was like YA OK.... I AM SO SORRY FOR DOUBTING YOU! Hands down the product delivered. It cut our whole removal process down by less than half, and the residue spray was so helpful, I ended up with only one section of glue still remaining in my hair and I should've just added more product in but I was lazy lol I will be buying these products forever now. Literally 2 sprays of this stuff on the extension, then 2 more to remove the entire thing. I'll probably get realistically 4 more removals out of these bottles and that's a god deal for the price of the products. To be fair I probably use more than I needed to for this but I'm not a trained professional lol 10/10 recommend!

Loved it. No residue after and it smells good. I used the kizzy tape ins as well and everything worked out so smoothly. It was my first time doing my extensions and it went really well thanks to the awesome tape in strips (they were sturdy!) And the easy removal. I'll be staying on this brand for sure.

AMAZING! I actually think it worked better than the salon remover! Will definitely buy this again and take out my own extensions, saving myself tons of money at the salon!
