They work really well on my propane BBQ and it distributes the heat evenly to make really good personal pizzas. I also tried using a wood smoker box that infused a great flavor into the pizza. The pizza comes out like gourmet wood fired pizza and costs next to nothing. I like to make my pizza’s with sliced plum tomatoes, freshly sliced mozzarella, spices and other typical toppings. I also tried making pizza on my gas stove top which worked out quite well. These stones can also be used on an electric or gas stove top with decent results.

These baking stones are very versatile and work quite well. I found that making thin pizza dough works best for me. I lightly coat the top side of the stone in olive oil to prevent any possible sticking and to get a crisper pizza. They work really well on my propane BBQ and it distributes the heat evenly to make really good personal pizzas. I also tried using a wood smoker box that infused a great flavor into the pizza. These are perfect for personal pizzas, but what I use them most for is as heat deflectors. They are the perfect size and weight for what I needed, and I have used them for several months with no issues.

They work okay. They are very thin compared to other ceramic plates, but they do the job. I'm using one as a heat deflector for my Kamado joe jr and for that purpose it seems to be holding up fine. Took it up past 700F the other day and still works fine.
