My cat loves this flavor and cleans the bowl almost every time. The tuna looks and smells fresh, and I like that it includes pumpkin for a little digestion support. The texture is nice and moist, and it feels like a high-quality food. Four stars only because it is a bit pricey compared to other options, and I wish the serving size was slightly larger.

My 15 year old cat has always been finicky. He will eat the same wet food to or three times enthusiastically and the. Will not want it again for weeks or months. This Tuna and Pumpkin is the first wet food he has consistently ate for over a month. He has constipation issues and I am glad to find a wet food he actually likes.

I had purchased the Tiki brand previously from a local retailer, but not this particular item.Since my cat had enjoyed the initial 'experiment', and since this was a tuna-based product selling at a PRICE AS HIGH OR HIGHER THAN CHUNK WHITE ALBACORE FOR HUMANS I was just shocked when I opened the can. It was brown and very 'liquidy'-- resembling gravy or a thick soup. My cat was anxiously 'yelling' for dinner as I opened the can because I was late getting home. I 'poured' the food into the cat dish and after a sniff and a taste my cat completely refused it thereafter. NOTE:My cat is not the kind that sometimes takes a while getting used to a food change. If it doesn't like it after one try, I can leave the new food, and nothing else, available for days and it won't buckle. I can also change the food to something drastically different than what it has been accustomed to, and if it likes the new food it accepts it from the get-go. Even knowing that, I left this Tiki brown slop in the dish, by itself, for a couple of hours. The cat followed me around the house, 'yowling' loudly; so a couple of times I acted like I was putting down new/additional food -- trick it into giving the food another try. One sniff and the yowling would resume. After a couple of hours I finally gave up and put down some other food. BTW, my cat is perfectly thrilled when I give it a can of cheap ($0.75 for 5 oz) 'people' tuna.

My cat ate four can of this product. After 2 he developed the diarrhea, day 1 and day 2. I tried 2 more thinking the second can was bad. It is day six since starting the product and his condition is starting to improve only because I changed to a different food I purchased locally. Amazon say the one package I have left unopen is not refundable. I actually signed up for a subscription but after wasting a hour of trying to cancel the subscription and answering dumb rabbit hole questions on the Amazon system I gave up. How does one talk to a Customer Service Representative? A company that prides itself on customer service. Ha! If this review doesn't get a response I will do all my shopping in the future locally and vendors on-line after I quit Amazon.
