I can't say enough about this fantastic tree!! Like having your very own lightshow! So many melodies! So many patterns! Patterns for melodies and then more oatterns for just the lights! Absolutely gorgeous and mesmerizing! Would recommend to anyone!

The media could not be loaded. Revision 2: 1/11/24- got refund and purchased second tree that also arrived with NO REMOTE!!! Also read the fine print. The 1st tree ended up being New-like new on a sales invoice I printed for warranty company. Which proved being sold from 3rd party vendor again making warranty void. Amazon chat refused to refund the whole amount going up 3 levels of personnel in chat stating the most I would get was $127 of my $325 paid. First offer was $87! I only had Tree one hour at this point. Decided to try return online again and it did allow a refund with UPS pick up free but nervous O cslled them to make sure it would be full amount and they said yes. I also saw they had not changed the. Bogus help info link they have posted for Evergreen tree and the phone number which goes to an elderly man not a tree company. In the end we love this tree. But between the two we got we got no remotes. The tree doesn’t work with out one. I have the original tree. Now and it has more functions than either of these did including the ability to pause on a few light settings. Twinkle white twinkle multi colored which neither of these could do. Pay for the expensive version and make sure it come direct from Polygroup.Revised…..1/6/25 upon take down two small branches came off too and the top slightly became loose trying to place a topper on it. No topper would stay on and top got a little deformed and loose trying. When contacting company the receipt printed WITHIN the invoice actually stated PRE-USED! How did we miss this people. We DID actually get the company Polygroup to warranty a a free remote just before Xmas without the actual invoices receipt. They did biting copy of account sale. But when the branches came off the invoice was needed and that showed PREUSED which makes the warranty invalid. Luckily Amazon listed the phone number and customer service wrong on tree description and ended up giving a full refund even though now a year after purchase (but never opened). They don’t want the tree back so we will most likely try to fix the top as it’s not worth the price listed for a new one currently around $468.Yep, should have read more reviews but the posts about remote could have happened after we purchased last Jan 2024 and are now just opening for the holidays. Plug in and east set up but NO REMOTE. Lights turn on with foot button but nothing else happens. So let down. Amazon service is linked to timeAnd they did say call company as they dealWith issues under warranty and tree does have 1 and 2 year warranty. Amazon did say to call them back of not happy with company after calling. I do not want to spend allOf November waiting for a Remote or packing it all back up for exchange?????? Not happy so far.

Very satisfied. Just as described. Remote works great. Love the option for music as well. Different lighting option is great as well.

Wonderful product! Easy assembly

The media could not be loaded. Lights and music are so awesome . It’s like watching an elaborate show with every song . Also very easy to put together . My only complaint is with the lack of branches in the bottom row . There’s big open spaces in between each branch that I now have to find decorations to fill . The pictures make it look much fuller . None the less it’s a beautiful tree.

Bought used which I knew wouldn’t be brand new but 1. This was sent with no remote so we can’t even control colors or songs played/can’t shut the sound off in general while lights are on and 2. It glitches/ short circuits and stops working every 2 seconds so this was sent to me just broken instead of a used return that was repaired and sent back out. Very irritated as now it’s a hassle to lug this huge box back to the ups store and return it just to get my money back for the seller/amazons carelessness in not even looking over the product that was being sent out. Do not buy it used I’ll tell you that much 0/10

Loved the tree, but the music controller speaker went out this year and I can't find a replacement so now it's just an unlit, non music playing tree with pointless cables
