Review: Good quality at a good price not sure about the gimmick - Been using this for a while now and although it took a while to get the right technique down for each muscle group I can really feel the effects. Simple piece of kit that really works. Well built and well worth the price. The unique selling point (ginnick) of this wheel is it's wide surface to aid in stability but for most this is negledgible at best as I've used narrower wheels before and can't say I noticed any difference.

Quality ab roller for a great price! Perfect for ab workouts. Sturdy and rolls well, even on carpet! Light, easy to assemble and comfortable given the pad provided to rest knees on during the workout. Great all round function and highly recommended.

Sturdy and light, the knee mat included is pretty decent as well. Wide wheel means it doesn't skitter from side to side along the floor whilst you still manage to work your core. Worth the money.
