This is a good geyser, but despite the 15-liter capacity stated, I found that it doesn't heat 15 liters of water; it only heats 10 liters. However, it doesn't take long to heat water, and automatically cuts off after heating. safety valve which is provided is good. It's fine for a small family, but won't be useful for a large family. The product I received had some damage on the side, but nothing major. In this price range, this product is value for money.

I have been using this water storage geyser for the past 1.5 years, and the product quality has been top-notch. It arrived with no damage and has been working smoothly since day one. The heating performance is impressive the water heats up fast and efficiently, and you can get hot water within just 5 minutes. However, the heat retention could be better. The stored hot water tends to cool down after about an hour, which makes the storage aspect a bit less efficient than expected. One major drawback is the customer service. When you call for service during the warranty period, they create an SR ticket for cleaning but close it without even visiting. This has happened multiple times, and the lack of proper customer support is disappointing. Overall, the geyser itself works well for quick heating and occasional use, but the customer service experience definitely needs improvement.
