Great product at reasonable price. It can be used as bleach trays or night guard. Very easy to use, but you must follow instructions carefully and if you don't get it right the first time, you can try again. This package has extras for travel or loved ones. These trays worked great for me the very first try. I followed Molding Instructions which Seller provided on the listing image, and had no issues what so ever. Boil a pot of water. Do not make too hot. Make sure water is not bubbling. While holding onto the tab on front of bleaching tray, soften the bleaching tray by submerging it into hot water for 5-10 seconds (might be few seconds longer), or until you notice the tray begin to curl. Remove immediately. The bleaching tray must be softened enough to properly make a mold of your teeth. Important – overheating may damage or shrink the bleaching tray. Allow the bleaching tray to cool just enough to eliminate the possibility of burning your mouth during the molding process. Position the bleaching tray over your teeth and bite. At the same time, press your tongue on the roof of your mouth and suck all of the air and water from the inside of the bleaching tray. Let the bleaching tray cool and harden. Then remove bleaching tray from your mouth. Adjustments are possible by reheating the bleaching tray and repeating process. If fit is not very comfortable, you may use scissors to trim the excess material from the bleaching tray. Once satisfied use scissors to cut the holding tab. You are done! Hope it works for you as well as it did for me.

Couldn’t get it to mold properly. Following instructions I barely got some teeth indents. When I tried hotter water or longer soaking times the guard just melted

They worked great for me, but must followInstructions carefully, and do not over heat or tray will collapse on itself.It takes seconds to overheat so be extra careful. Submerge in hot watertime will fluctuate up or down from provided instructions depending onmany other factors, so watch the process continuously. These trays work forupper or lower. I felt safe because package had extra trays, just in case something didnot go as planned. However it worked great very first time. I am thrilled with results.Good product at very affordable price.

Can't get them to mould like the ones I had before. I'm using a thermometer to get the water temperature right and it doesn't seem to work. I'll keep trying. Wish me luck.

These did not work at all. Do not waste your money. I waited too long but would have returned immediately

Too hard and would either get too hot/then hard quickly without molding
