I only use them once and after washing by hand, two pairs became moldy at the tip. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging already and unable to return them. I still have the one pair that I can use. Supplier quickly reached out to me and offered a full refund even though I was not able to return the product. Superb customer service.

I bought these mostly for their length. Good little bamboo chopsticks. Only complaint is that a couple of the chopsticks came slightly bent, so are a little uncomfortable to use. But I still use them often.

All three pairs of chopsticks are badly warped, making them difficult to use. Unless the curved sticks are rotated and aligned each time, it can be hard to make the tips meet to pick anything up.

Product is as advertised. Great long chopsticks for cooking.
