I dismantled the cap and spring and cleared the debris but looking inside the ink well there was a solid blob of once usable material. I missed the return window. I'm not able to provide a worthwhile review because I never got to use it. I did get it moving but the material still would not come out the tip. It seems somewhere in the tip end it was clogged and dry although the very tip could be depressed just nothing would come out when squeezing the barrel as instructed. I chose this listing as it was 1 day shipping for me but in hindsight the other listing for the product seems to be of fresher stock as most report that it worked for them. Since the mixer did move I believe the contents were usable just the pen itself was not.
