Excellent product useful for traveling and charge almost everything.

I tried 8–10 power banks with mix of brands but not getting perfect solution. Saw this and realized this is ultimate solution but expensive and very expensive!!! Decided to buy and its really a good product. 28k. 2 pd. Lots of display info. Anker is anker. I also have 2–3 other ankers too but this is the KING KONG. thanks to amazon i got discounts also but one concern. The delivery came in good packaging but it was on open drive coz full packaging was soooo hot and scary of power bank sensitive care issues in heat. Pls tell delivery teams on this critical aspect. Rest perfect. Happy client. Update What an experience to use this new prime 28k, wow. Charges laptop mobile IQOS same time and you are ready charged everytime. I got on amazon nice deal. Stores still on full price as its their hero product. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Further experience update This champion power bank has no problem on any airline cabin handling. I carried in many airlines. Its made vv smartly as its just 99.9% clearance of power banks allowed in hand carry so its a winner. Juice of power remained v long when i switched off and reopened afterong gap it was 100% still ✅✅ The power bank worked even when i went on a small icy mountain line to a 8000m snowy places. It helped me like a genuine partner on these trips🥰🥰 Highly recommended for travelers and adventurers trips people who want navigation and power n connectivity at all times. To charge a garmin watch you need a conntor of usb or buy c drive cable instead ))) Enjoy the power bank king just given on right summer times )))))))

It works awesome,high capacity, fast charging. DO NOT charge through multiple ports even though it supports though. One of them of mine died because of that.

I have been using Anker products since around 2013 and most of my charging and off-grid power solutions come from them. I’ve always trusted the brand for their reliability and support. Unfortunately, I recently had an issue with this power bank. The device stopped working and would get stuck at 1% while charging. During one attempt to charge it, I noticed a hissing sound and the unit becoming noticeably hot, so I unplugged it immediately for safety. The packaging clearly states a 24-month hassle-free warranty, and my delivery date was February 18, 2025, which should mean the warranty runs until February 2027. However, my first response from support indicated the warranty was already expired, which was confusing given what is printed on the box. To be fair, after I followed up with documentation (invoice, photos of the packaging, and a video of the issue), the case is now being reviewed again by their support team. I’m still hopeful this is just a misunderstanding and that Anker will resolve it properly, as their warranty and customer support have always been one of the reasons I chose their products.

Overall, the device is impressive. It offers super-fast charging, and the most impressive feature is its ability to charge from multiple sources at once, which really helps cut down the charging time. I like it, but I expected the battery to last longer after a full charge. Still, I’d say it’s a solid choice and I recommend it.

It is the beautiful "and" the beast! It is powerful enough to charge two laptops at the same time while being as compact and well-designed as it gets. It is pricey, I admit that, but nothing good comes for free!

When placed on anker wireles charger after it reach 100% it start creating bizzing noise. Probably from internal electronic components. As soon you take if of the charger noise stop but it is quite loud,specialy when it is next to bed at night.
