Here's a list some of the big differences between them (former Pagani - latter Invicta): Ceramic bezel - not sure what's on the Invicta? , Bracelet links, which are 'solid' not 'hollow', have adjustment screws - not push pins, Sapphire crystal vs. mineral, Japanize Quartz movement vs. Chinese, Chrono seconds counter is large center hand vs. small hand on sub dial. The Pagani also has a thinner case height too. One thing Pagani is lacking is a date window which just fine with me. Also I switched out the SS bracelet, for a tan 'racing style' leather strap - and it looks fantastic!

Excelente producto y servicio

A very nice homage of Paul Newman's Daytona. The off white dial and darker yellow look of the lume in daylight give it a vintage tone, just needs some wear and scratches to finish it. Looks and feels solid and well made. Time keeping is perfect after a week of wearing. It is an incredible value at this price.

Belle qualitée

Beautiful, elegant and quality timepiece with some inherent flaws. It seems that the halfway position when you unscrew and pull out the main crown does not advance the calendar function as it should, but the workaround is just to cycle through the hours until you get to the correct date (which you'll have to adjust during the short months). Because this model is mech-quartz, it'll keep running even when the watch is idle, making this an infrequent inconvenience. The legibility of the watch face is also not great given the design, but that's true of its inspiration as well. None of these flaws, however, offset the beauty and elegance of this watch, imho.
