Very impressed, was actually hesitant to buy at first bc I had mixed feelings about the reviews but anyways, I got a 4xl, it’s slightly oversized & that’s exactly what I wanted! I believe it is true to size! The color is what I expected it to be. The quality is very nice, the material is nice! The embroidery is well made & the letters are big! The inside is soft, I recommend! It’s a yes for me!

These sweatshirts are beautiful quality, rugged, comfortable and beautiful stitching. No flaws noted.wash well also. I do wash them on gentle inside out due to the embroidery. They are holding their colors well.

There are several things to mention about this custom sweater. Firstly, the material was much thinner than a normal sweatshirt and the size was huge! I ordered a small and it was more like a large fit.Second, which I'm mostly too blame, I asked for the stiching to be on the left side (my bad for doing that), but here is where customer service could have stepped in. No one reached out to me to let me know that that would cause the wording to be backwards. Honestly, I'm shocked that they actually made the shirt at all like that. It looks horrible and they had to have known that prior to sending it.Third, it took me 3 weeks to get it. In the meantime I placed multiple etsy orders for custom blankets and got those with in a week.In summary, this was an unfortunate waste of money, quality and looks wise. Their customer service should have caught this error and reached out.

The sweatshirt was not very heavy at all. Three stars because the embroidery was very well done. Tried to contact the seller to make a change immediately after ordering. They did not respond. Would not buy again.

Came 3 days later than the delivery date which happens but overall the sweatshirt came super cute!

Good, thick, quality material. The lettering is of good quality. All spelling is correct. Love this product and bought one for Hubby as well. We both wear them all the time. Very warm and cuddly.
