What is the best kind of cement to use in this mold?

I used the quick dry but still learning I haven't quite figured out the measurements for water to add first time I used it came out really good second time not so much

Can I use this to make a chocolate mold?

I. Not sure, I use it for cement.

How many uses can you get from one mold?

I have used mine about a half a dozen times, as long as it is clean after each use it should last for quite some time.

I'm using cement all. The base always cracks in the middle when it's drying. How have you guys stopped that?

I haven't had that happen. You have to make sure there isn't any air in the center. I use a vibratory all astound it to get the air out. Also, make sure the cement is mixed well, and not too thick
