Westinghouse is a brand I trust with a long history of producing durable equipment. The iGen 2550c is among the smaller size, lower cost, and more convenient portability for this kind of equipment. Power capabilities will be more than adequate for my off-grid power tool needs, and maybe power outage service at home. Quality is impressive. Easy starting and quiet operation. User manual is very well written with good illustrations, comprehensive parts list and exploded views. I would recommend reading the manual a couple times including at first start-up and after some use to understand settings, modes, and the data panel.

I bought the Westinghouse iGen2550C for backup power at home and while traveling, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's very quiet, easy to start, and provides clean power for charging laptops, small refrigerators, or tools. The ECO mode helps save fuel, and its compact size makes it easy to transport. I just recommend checking the oil level before first use and not overloading it. Excellent generator for the price and quality. Highly recommended!

Generator arrived in great condition. It was very easy to set up. It is well made with handy locking doors on both sides. It started on the 2nd pull on my 1st use while using propane. Runs very quiet.

Setup and usage instructions are straightforward, tested out w/ the propane fuel source and it works great. Ships w/ propane adapter and hose, engine oil, funnel, and spark plug tool. Enabling ECO mode noticeably lowers the running noise level. Great peace of mind for winter and can't wait to take it camping in the spring.
