Very nice looking. The style fits my bathroom faucets and existing shower valve. It was easy to install. A proper sized couple of diamond tile drills are recommended. I landed the lower bracket with the provided screws instead of the sticky decal. Operates great, the wand and shower head have good pressure. PEX installation, no leaks…

I am really impressed with this rain shower retrofit kit. It is so much sturdier and better looking than the adjustable extensions that mount to the end of a typical shower arm sticking out of the wall. This unit replaces that angled shower arm and conceals the water inlet pipe within one of its wall mounts, so it looks like a professionally installed piece of plumbing. A competing European model sells for about $500, so this one is a much better value. The metal piping and fittings are relatively heavy and feel like high quality, and the chrome plating looks flawless and durable. The kit comes with everything needed to install it, including a large 10mm Allen wrench to tighten the fitting into the water pipe in the wall. The hardest part of the whole installation was just removing my old shower arm, which wouldn't budge at first, but YouTube came to the rescue with a video showing me how to use a screwdriver and a wrench to get additional leverage and get it to loosen. Once that was out, the rest of the installation only took me about 20 minutes! I used the no-drill method since I am a renter, and the peel-and-stick adhesive patch on the lower wall mount was incredibly sticky and strong. I have no doubts it'll hold indefinitely. The whole installation feels very secure. I bought the 2.5 GPM version, and both of the included shower heads have great water pressure, coverage, and flow. However, I am really partial to my Kohler Flipside handheld shower, so I just installed that one instead of the handheld unit that was included with this kit, but I'll keep the new one on hand in case I ever need a replacement, because it's quite decent and powerful. The large range of vertical, rotational, and angle adjustments on the handheld shower holder allows for quick and easy aiming of the spray exactly where you want it. And the ball joint on the rain shower head offers a good amount of swivel adjustment. One thing I love about this whole system is that I can use either the overhead rain shower or the adjustable handheld shower independently as well as any ratio of the two. It's not just one or the other or 50/50, so you can really dial it in to your preference. And there is almost no discernible reduction in water pressure when both showers are in use. It feels like a deluge and it's glorious! This kit is easy to install, looks expensive, and functions incredibly well. I highly recommend it!

It's very well made and directions are mostly clear. No leaks water pressure seems ok but have not taken a shower. Finished installing today. Will see if the wife says the hand held is good enough to rinse her hair. I'll update again after using for a bit. Great price compared to a plumbing company. Instructions should say remove protective covers from the hose. They were very clear about most every other thing. Also nice having extra parts like washers without the screen if you want to increase water flow.

Easy installation, quality construction, fits the space between the valve and the shower head outlet perfectly, was a good value for the money and the performance of the shower heads is excellent. The quality of construction leads me to believe that we will be able to use it for many years to come!

Likes: Diverter valve knob is within easy reach and is also easy to turn, even for family member with extensive finger arthritis. The rainfall shower head provides a nice gentle soaking and the hand-held shower head has great output on all settings, even with well pump water pressure and the lower 1.8GPM flow restrictor. Dislikes: Installation: The instructions for NPT nipple size were a bit vague. The example used was for a 1 1/4" setback depth and indicated the provided 2" brass nipple would fit. My setback measurement was 1 1/8", only 1/8" less than the example. When trying the 2" nipple it resulted in too much clearance from the wall. Obtaining an 1 1/2" nipple was easy enough, and it worked fine. It would have been clearer if the instructions provided a range of setbacks and the corresponding nipple sizes that would work. The packet of grease for the o-rings was way too small. Although minute, there might be enough grease in there if you could access it. Fit and Finish: The overall product looks great. However, there is one issue with fit. That is, the diameter of the receiver bore for for the hand-held shower holder is too small. The shower hose end slides less than halfway into the opening. Overall impression: This is a really nice quality system that has much improved accessibility and function compared to our previous combo shower unit. Our family likes the ease of use, versatility, and performance of this unit. If not for the installation and fitment issues described above, I would give it a 5/5 rating.

It was easy to install, looks great and works great.All components looked pretty sturdy, and I just hope it will last. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to retrofit their old shower head while keeping existing control
