Gets the job done without paying pro prices.
Like a lot of riders I try to do most of my own servicing. I don't need a professional chain breaking/riveting kit but on a factory chain you do need to push that pin out after you grind off the outside. This chain breaker fit my CB300R's chain just fine and got the job done without any fuss.

you must grind pin before using this tool
this item did it's job but it should be noted that you must use grinder or lots of hand filing to make the pin head flat before removal. only after grinding does this tool work to remove the pin. apparently that common though but it should be in the description that you must grind before using the tool

It did split my 520 chain, but I won't be able to use it again very easily due to the flimsy handle that bent way out of shape in the process.
