Brilliant
This product is very good, makes me feel full for a long time, I will definitely be buying this again, I do use it in a protein shaker though so it all mixes together properly, after shaking I give it a minute then drink it

Didn’t work for me unfortunately
I had high hopes for this, but after a few weeks I didn’t notice any real changes. The taste is okay and the packaging looks nice, but overall I didn’t feel the benefits it promised. Maybe it works for others, but it didn’t do much in my case.
