Great yarn.
I made a baby blanket with one skein. The blanket came out very nice, very cuddly. I think it would be very warm. One skein made a 36 x 36 size blanket. It worked up quickly and easy with single and double crochet stitches. I have pastel blue and I think it’s mint green and the pale pink skeins. The colors are even throughout and so is the thickness of the yarn. No issues with knots or shedding. I will probably be buying more to make additional blankets since the one that I made got so many compliments and requests for others. The size was perfect for babies

Works great with Sentro knitting machine. Not scratchy.
Nice yarn.Has a nice texture. It works very well in my Sentro 48 knitting machine. I made a hat & scarf set using the mocha and white yarns.

Favorite yarn for blankets.
This is my absolute favorite yarn to use for blankets. Soft, easy to see stitches, easy to use and doesn't split. Plus, it's at a reasonable price.

Color and softness
I got the huckleberry and the color was exactly what I was hoping for! It is pretty soft for acrylic and works up really nicely!

There's very good and yet frustration
I absolutely love this yarn! I'm making a large baby blanket and it is soft and smooth. I would highly recommend this yarn! It's strong and durable. I haven't come across and flaws yet and I've gone through about 8 skeins making the blanket. The yarn weight is perfect for a baby blanket, which is why I chose this yarn. The color is spot on and there are a wide variety of colors! Other than the beginning, its fairy easy to use. What I don't care for: I don't care for trying to get to the beginning of the yarn to start out. I end up having a big yarn ball mess. I REALLY don't like paying $22 for one skein of yarn. I thought I was getting two. My bad for not reading the description better. Find a better way to wind up the yarn so that it's easier to find the starter. And $22 for one skein of yarn? Really??

The joy of knitting
It’s great yarn . I’ve used it many times . I choose to uncancel the order cause I’m sure I can find something special to make. I can’t show a picture because when a great grand is born , I make a tree of life blanket . I’ve already made six of them

Was looking for a burnt orange colour, and this was just right. Used for a punch needle project, and barely put a dent in this nice big skein. Great value!

Great yarn to crochet a blanket with. Very warm and comforting. This ball was great though some of the other colours have quite a few knots in them.

Whenever I see Pound of Love on sale, I snatch it up! It's a great yarn to work with...doesn't split, doesn't bother my sensory issues (I don't like working with a lot of acrylics). The colours are great and the finished products look fantastic. They wash up like a dream...super soft and aren't pilly, at least my blankets don't get pilly). Having so much yarn in one go is great because you know the dye lot is the same, and you don't have to keep switching balls/skeins. The only thing to note is that sometimes you get one that has a handful of joins but it's not the end of the world. It doesn't happen every time. If you're looking for great colours, a soft acrylic to work with, and something that washes and dries in the machines and gets softer and softer with use, this is the yarn for you!
