Only works properly when the batteries are removed and replaced but then stops working again a couple of days later. Ultraloq said they would replace it free of charge but then said they can’t post to the uk. desertcart have offered the refund. I wouldn’t buy another one from ultraloq that’s for sure. Was not able to connect to my wifi at all. It was very hard to connect with the lock. Supples batteries went dead after month and door would not lock. Reolacing batteries solved problem. Newer version of software fixed connextivity problems and allowed firmware update. Lock works good. I am happy with the locks. Has improved quality of life a lot not having to take keys with me. Auto locking is a great feature. So much better than a smart deadbolt: unlocks instantly (rather than having to electronically turn a bolt) because it just clicks some internal mechanism so that the handle responds to turning, meaning less likely to jam.
