I really like these little pens and found many people appreciate the thought. People who work with the public are often verbally abused by those who they attempt to help. I love these pens but I gave them 3 stars because they are cheaper than I expected. I added these to thank you cards. Good value for the money, just flimsier than expected. It allowed me to give a small token of appreciation along with the cards for not much money, they were just a little cheap, they seemed like they would snap in two easily
