Ingredients See packaging for information. Usage Step 1 Cut Tubigrip to twice the length required for the limb, allowing an extra 2-3cm for overlap. Step 2 Pull Tubigrip onto the limb like a stocking. Step 3 Double Tubigrip back over the limb. Ensure the upper edge is taken 2-3cm higher up the limb than the first. It provided no support whatsoever. Because they determine whether the product will work or not. Do not, repeat do not; go by the information on Amazon or the resellers page. Go to Molnlycke - the manufacturers of Tubigrip to find the correct size and how to use. This point brings me to the second point in my title. I purchased the 1metre size expecting it to be the 1metre size, but it’s actually been cut (badly) from the 16metre size and repackaged. This means the ends are fraying immediately you use it. The longevity of the bandage thus is compromised. So; thumbs up for Tubigrip, thumbs totally down for this reseller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by D***E on 30 September 2024* Good quality material but the tubular shape, although stretchy, did not meet my needs because of the shape of my weighty legs - It rolled down at the top, making it uncomfortable on my thighs.
