This is an AMAZING book. I'm currently creating a "blueprint" of how I want my career to develop and this book has given me all that I needed.

A very practical book for understanding leveling. I use it to refine my resume, understand how designers are evaluated across different companies, and clarify how to progress in a design career. I come back to this book all the time as a reference.

This book has so much to grow in design field, not only UX, but product design in general. However the book cover is a little bit sharp, almost cut my finger.
