I was promised this product from a Good Friend & couldn’t wait to try it after reading up on it. I received it 2 days later & started taking it straight away. I go to the Gym & have a very Good physique but at the age of 58 I was aching after training as I train hard the aching lasted 2 to 3 days. So I was going to the Gym still aching. Amazing collagen, it's been only a week I am taking this and can see results already, hair feel more volumed , skin feels plumper, I am so happy . Used the most expensive collagens previously but really so disappointed. So impressed with the results of this one. I hope to get more continuous this one. Thankyou so kuch for selling this here xx

It's my first time trying collagen. This one has no taste but there's a little smell. If you want to avoid any smell or worried about the taste. I would highly recommend having this with herbal tea with cardamom and ginger. Gets rid of any smell. It's like your drinking a regular cup of tea. If you do prefer coffee you can add some cinnamon or cardamom to remove the smell. A regular coffee just with a natural sweet flavour. Enjoy. Hope this helps anyone who's starting collagen. I have yet to start seeing any difference but I do feel much healthier but that could be due to a healthy diet and workout regime. I am only 27 so Maybe in the long term I will notice a difference. You can consult with a specialist before taking this if you have any questions.

I am normally drink it will milk and it mix so well. Not sure that can improve for skin, hair or skin....I think maybe need to drink continuously.
