Just the right size for hot pepper sauce. Also, the box was beat up pretty good but contents were so securely wrapped in foam that the glass jar was in perfect shape.

Good heavy duty large fermenting jar. The airlock is easy to use. I've used it once so far to make sauerkraut. I came out perfectly and didn't mold or stick up the house. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in or who already ferments. The large mouth makes it easy to scoop out the product and easy to clean. This will last for many uses. Thank you
