It seems a great sturdy lock for the door, it has been 2 weeks since I am using this lock and there are no complaints. The touch panel is very intuitive, lock unlock works perfectly and there are so many options to unlock. My friend recommended this lock to me and I would recommend this further as well. Installation guy was really good and did the job in a clean way. All features were explained and helped me understand how to set it up. Will keep posting updates to this review as and when things happen. So far so good.

I am very happy with the Lavna LA24 smart lock. The fingerprint sensor works fast and accurately, and the multiple unlocking options give great convenience. The built-in camera adds extra security, and the overall build quality feels premium. Installation was smooth, and it has made my home much safer. Definitely worth the investment.. Thanks for customer support ready to help all the time.

Good product except missing essential features like 1. provision to view any activity in front of door on mobile app as and when desired 2. poor and very narrow coverage just around 30 degree by the camera

The product description explicitly states QUOTE You can unlock your Door lock from Anywhere, Anytime via your WiFi Mobile app UNQUOTE. This is SIMPLY NOT TRUE as I realized after spending hours with Lavna support. The lock can be unlocked from Anywhere ONLY WHEN SOMEBODY RINGS THE BELL ON THE LOCK. Visitors usually press the regular door bell and it is impossible to educate them only to press the bell icon on the lock! Moreover, even when the bell icon on the lock is pressed this triggers ONLY a notification on your smartphone. No call or ring is generated so it is very easy to miss the notification. To open the lock remotely you need to be watching for notifications in real time and then choosing the unlock option that pops up. If you miss the notification by a few seconds there is NO WAY the lock can be opened remotely. Thus it really CANNOT BE OPENED ANYTIME. To make matters worse the manufacturer's support is absolutely pathetic.. .they are hard to reach and not knowledgeable or helpful. This product was a fit candidate for return but with Amazon's new regressive no return policies that is not possible . I am terribly terribly disappointed!

1. About product: At this price point, you CANNOT get all these features in ANY OTHER BRAND. All the features are working flawlessly! It looks premium. The lock has a total of 5 levers and they are smooth! Just make sure that it fits your door size before making the purchase. 2. About installation: It was on point with respect to time and execution! Done the job as a professional. And it was free of cost. 3. About Lavna: I'm mightily impressed with the customer support! You can directly reach out to them and they respond and resolve any issues/requests really quick. I bought a smart locker from Lavna after making LA24 purchase, just because of how supportive the team is. Overall, you cannot just go wrong by choosing this or any other product of this brand. PS: I don't generally write reviews, but this product and brand impressed me so much that I wanted others to get a similar experience, and to support such brands!
