Q: Can you clamp monitor arm’s safely to the desk?

Thanks for your question - yes, there is a lip between the back of the desk and the start of the modesty panel that could accommodate a monitor arm clamp. The desktop thickness is 25mm.

Q: can it be setup without modesty panel?

I don’t think so as it forms a major part of the structure of the desk.

Q: Can owners of these desks confirm these are rigid enough to take two 27" monitors and not shake them while typing or playing PC games ?

As the supplier, I can confirm that these are solid desks with no movement when doing the kind of activities you mention.
