They are good quality and then buzz is that they are very good for proper alignment of feet ankles and all the way up through back... I had purchased the same style but a different color earlier so I was sore for a little while but now everything is aligning and my back is even straightening up as well as my hips and I've been wearing these ones about a week now 👍

this has a nice wide toebox and the shoe is not so tight on the toes that you get friction sores, i love that it is adjustable as far as how snug it is I don’t particularly care for the tab at the front as it does rub a bit, otherwise great water shoe huge improvement from the previous model, which was too narrow. I will say because of the extra wide toebox you could probably size down.

These were very helpful well in Maui. I wish the soles had a little thicker rubber but great water shoes.
