I am extremely satisfied with this bag. When I received the bag I though it might be to small for all the things I wnat to add to a trauma kit. The side flaps comes in handy since I do have a lot of stuff in this bag. I was going to give a lower rating but after I was able to put all the item in the bag I will get it a (5). I would recommend this bag for anyone looking for a medimum size trauma bag. In time I will purchase another one so I can put together another kit. I do have this bag stuff and the flaps helps keeping my supplies in the bag. Below is a list of what I have in the bags. I did use zip lock bags for packing the many item in this bag. Nice bag, sturdy with pockets and dividers. Not quite professional grade, but then a lot less expensive than that. The reflector tape is a must have when working outside in the dark or bad weather. Size is such that you will probably want two if you actually intend to use them while doing volunteer search and rescue or firefighter support. One red, one purple (Wounds in red, and everything else in purple worked for me). Only complaint is that the top doesn't zip - which makes for easy access in a situation, but stuff could fall out of bag if you take tumble.

I built a trauma kit to have in my car and I use this bag to store it all in. I wish this bag was just a little bit bigger, but that is a choice I made when making the purchase. It had 3 exterior pouches and one large main pouch that can be divided into 4 sections if you utilize the divider that comes with the bag. I chose the red color to signify it was a medical bag. It is of high quality and the right thickness to easily and conveniently carry around your medical equipment with you with ease. I couldn’t be happier with how inexpensive this was and how much I got from it in return.

Great first aid carry bag . Has enough compartments for different needs.

I'm going to echo what a lot of other people say here: At first this bag didn't * LOOK * like it could hold that much, but it's turned out to be just the right size. It comes collapsed in a clear plastic bag. Once you open it and, start filling it and make use of the side pockets, it sort of blossoms and you go "Right On!". PROS: I can fit the following into this with some room to spare: > Stethocope in zipper case. > Sphygmometer (battery powered , wrist type blood pressure cuff device - in it's plastic clamshell storage case). > Pulse Oximeter > Digital thermometer (forehead/ear type). > Hot/cold compress bladder pack. > About 14 trial or mini-size (2.5 inch high) of: Asprin, Ibuprofen, Band Aids, Triple Antibiotic, Eye Drops, Gas relief pills, Cough/Cold syrup, Pepto Bismol, Athlete's food cream, anti-itch medicine, and on and on. > I still have room for some gauze rolls /pads, isopropyl alcohol, scissors, Anbesol which I will purchase later. > The carry strap is resizable. The quality of the material and the straps is more than adequate for my purposes. Not flimsy. The strap comes sized in a shorter "handle" mode but you could easily reel it out so it could be a shoulder strap. The zippers on the side pouches are of decent quality. CONS: The bag comes with this adjustable padded divider setup. A grid that has sewn in velcro strips in various places. I found that this darn partition itself - while a nice idea - was a space hog. I never used them. They are well enough made that I saved them for some other future purpose but not this medical bag. Speaking of velcro, there is high quality velcro on the outer front part of the bag and also under the overall flat, but it's placed in a place that I found kind of useless. Fortunately the bag cover can be secured with two hefty straps that have substantial black plastic click /snap connectors that lock up solidly. _______________________________________________ IN CLOSING: Quite the value. More than meets the eye. A steal at $16.98, not bad at $24.99. I made 4 complete kits using this as the base/holder and the stuff mentioned above. I'm probably into each kit about $110 total including bag. Not bad for a basic Health "bug out" bag.

borsa molto comoda, abbastanza spaziosa da contenere tutto il necessario per un primo intervento, ma allo stesso tempo non particolarmente ingombrante, anche perchè non essendo rigida permette di comprimere gli scomparti laterali eventualmente non utilizzati. per me molto funzionale.

A very well constructed product. Comes with a semi-rigid divider for making three compartments inside. Two side pockets and one larger front pocket provide extra space. I like the elastic straps on the inside of the top and side flaps of the main compartment, handy for airways if required. Would maybe like a zip closure on the extra front pocket as it is only the lid itself providing closure, havn't had it happen but could see bits of kit falling out of it (think i've filled it with kit that well that nothing will fall out!). But have found that the product as a whole is excellent and will fit a surprising amount of kit into it. More than you'd need anyway! Cannot disagree with the price either as it is at the lower end of the scale for such a good product.
