Review: Customer Service is Great - I originally purchased the Toner TW630. I loved the mic set but the receiver stopped charging. I called Toner and told them about the situation and Tally and Sandy from Tonor Customer Support were amazing. My mics were still under warranty, and they immediately sent me a new set. I didn't have to send my broken one back (which I now don't know what I can do with them). It was an easy transaction and I'm going to continue using their products as it's reasonably priced. The quality is good for what I need which is presentations and Keroake.
