I didn't do a hard line purge. There are still some with cuss words and some mature content. There were just a few that were, in my opinion over the top and some just - yuck. It was also worth it to get new picture cards. **Q: How many mature content cards are in this expansion pack? Is there an expansion pack which only includes mature content cards?** A: I don’t know exactly how many mature cards were in the expansion pack. I play this with my 13 and 15 year old and I pull out the worst of the cards (sex and drugs related, mostly- we leave swear words and most other funny stuff) and after pulling out those kinds of cards there was still a good 3/4 of the deck left.
