Great blade at a price that won't break the bank
Let me start off first by saying I am not a professional carpenter or wood worker by any stretch of the imagination, more like a hobbyist and that's stretching it a lot. I took wood shop in high school and that was 30 years ago. but I've tinkered over the years but in the last year or so I've been trying to get back into wood working, so I bought me a table saw and some other tools, andl I'm in the middle of making a project for my wife and I never give the saw blade that came with the saw much thought it was brand new and it felt sharp so I started using it, and I'm cutting red oak so it's a hard wood not super hard but it's not pine either and I noticed after about 10 maybe 15 cuts I was having to push a little harder and was getting light burn marks, so I started looking around for a new blade so I bought a dewalt blade it's a little better but I still wasn't impressed,so I started looking on wood worker forums and the general consensus was that the majority of people were using freud diablo blades.I didn't know a lot about freud but I knew enough to know that their blades were around 60 to 75 dollars and I was a tight wad and didn't want to spend that much on a blade. my attitude was literally how much better can one blade be over another just because of price. Well about a month ago I was surfing around on Amazon and came across a Freud blade and it was under 40 bucks so I got curious and started reading the reviews and they were talking about how sharp they were and how accurate they were and how long they lasted and how much quiter they were so I thought it's not much more than the dewalt blade I bought. I got it really fast as always with Amazon Prime shipping as soon as I got it I went to my shop and installed it and started making test cuts on some scrap and let me just say OMG Freud has a reputation for being one of the best blades on the market for a reason they earned it.. this blade was so sharp it cut through that scrap oak literally like a knief through butter the effort it took to push the wood through my saw was so much easier than it was with my stock blade even better than the dewalt. I can't attest to the longevity yet because I haven't had it very long but from what I've read you can sharpen this blade over and over I think you can even send it to freud and they will sharpen it don't know what that would cost but it would be worth it. And the last thing I noticed is the sound level this blade is so quite I couldn't believe it just with it spinning on the saw not cutting its so quite and when you're cutting it is so noticeably quite compared to a stock saw blade or one's of lesser expense. I was so impressed that I bought a 2nd Freud except the second one is for cross cut. I could go on for a long time about this blade bottom line is you're getting a great quality blade for a really decent price it's sharp it's quite and most likely will last you twice as long as the cheaper ones will. I love this blade

A really great blade for the price
I had a bunch of 10/4 white oak I needed to rip down, and my combi blade would barely even touch it. This thing rilled right through it, zero burning, and I could feed it just about as fast as I could push it through. Really happy with this blade

Rips boards like butter! Cut 200 fence pickets to width and still cuts amazing!
I bought this to rip fence boards down. The southern yellow pine fence boards are known for lots of pitch and wearing down blades. This cut 200 boards and the video is of the 200th picket. That’s 2,400ft of picket and still cuts great. Cut quality is really good. Would likely be better if the boards started straight but I would recommend it to anybody. My limit was the motor on the saw so I couldn’t just throw the boards through it but I got close to that.

What I expected
It’s not the best blade but that’s what you get for the price. It does the job but depending on the amount of cutting you do I would determine what is the best option for you.

Like a hot knife through butter on all woods tried so far
Quiet in operation, cuts very hard woods without a pause, no burning - no time for that it goes through a piece of heavy wood so effortlessly there is no time for that. No sign of motor strain or belt slippage. Neat that there is no 'ding' when tapping the blade, guess those microreliefs cuts do that magic. Bought 3 more of this type for my power hand saw, have yet to try them on steel or even a nail as that is going to be the test for them.

Great blades
This blade is as described and i received it in two days. Diablo blades are the best I have ever used, super cuts and they outlast most other blades that I have used.

Great blage for the money
I am not a professional woodworker but I do some and have for about 20 years. I find for the money you can not beat the Diablo blades. I have been using them for about 2 years now and find they cut well, leaving very clean edges and hold up very well. In the past I have gone to woodworking shows and purchased blades costing over $100 and will never again. I use the rip blade on my table saw and the crosscut blade on my miter saw. The rip blade gives be extremely good cuts on the few times I crosscut on the table saw. I highly recommend Diablo blades. I have also just tried and reviewed the Diablo metal cutting blade. Fantastic! If you haven't seen them go to youtube and search for "steel demon", then get yourself one. You won't be disappointed.

this blade cuts incrdibly clean and quckly. no hesitation or force to motor or binding. We will have to see how long it stays sharp for. the only doenside is it ihas a thin kerf, most likely helping its performance but my fiving knife is 1/8 inch and it not compatible with this blade. I removed it to use the blade but it is dangerous for kickback on pieces against the fence when ripping . i did get one serious kickback, i was careful and out of the way. There is no replacement for safety. i am ordering a thin kerf riving knife and will keep this blade and will use thin kerf blades as they perform well.

I have an old dewalt job site table saw and have been struggling for some time with poor performance thinking it’s cos the saw is old. When I installed this blade it was like a new saw again. It cuts as good as new. Very happy with the blade.
